Andrew is a highly regarded Project Manager with over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, with 20 years spent within either a consultancy or client-side role. Having expertise in numerous sectors, Andrew has procured & delivered a wide range of construction projects from grade A offices to industrial projects for global blue chip automotive, aeronautical, retail, IT, insurance and logistics companies.

Rob brings over 35 years’ of cost management experience across the public and private sectors. He has advised a broad range of clients, from developers and investors to public sector organisations, delivering commercial and cost management expertise throughout the project lifecycle. He has the capacity to delve into the details of projects whilst also producing high-level reports for fast information flow, which is key to the success of many projects.

Paul compliments the deep level of expertise within Trinity by bringing 30 years of Industry experience across a wide variety of sectors. Being a Chartered Surveyor for over 25 years, his journey has taken him from a proven Quantity Surveyor to a Project lead from Inception to Practical Completion. He is comfortable with a range of roles from inputting into conceptual and strategic development ideas, to getting into the trenches to review on site issues.

Paul Shrimpton

Jenny is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in performance of commercial management duties across the lifespan of a project, from inception to completion. She has continued to develop her skillset outside delivery of traditional commercial management and has successfully acted in the capacity of both PM and EA across multiple schemes. Outside of Trinity, Jenny is an RICS APC Assessor and currently sits on the committee for Women in Property.

She prides herself in being a proactive, energetic project manager that continues to strive for excellence in all aspects of the project delivery.

Experienced in commercial consultancy and with a background in main contracting, Christian’s technical understanding has enabled him to successfully deliver numerous projects in a broad range of sectors.

Mike is comfortable working at high level to provide fast and accurate cost advice fundamental to a clients’ decision-making process or digging into the detail to provide confidence in proposals.

She demonstrates successful leadership and manages multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment with critical deadlines. Louise is highly motivated and likes to ‘think outside the box’ to identify problems and implement innovative solutions.

Known for fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication with clients and contractors, David is personable, reliable, and pro-active in driving projects forwards to achieve milestones.

James is an Associate Director with extensive experience in delivering high-value projects across the Industrial & Logistics, Residential, and Office fit-out sectors. Acting as Employer's Agent, Quantity Surveyor, and Project Manager, he provides strategic oversight on cost, procurement and risk. Highly focused on delivery, James drives commercial value from planning to completion.

Sam is an enthusiastic and pragmatic Chartered Surveyor with over 12 years’ industry experience. Having begun his career in a trade-based role, he brings a strong appreciation of the practical realities of construction, supported by sound technical and professional knowledge. Sam has worked for both contractors and a national consultancy, delivering complex projects for a range of clients.

After graduating from Oxford Brookes, Finlay worked in Teir 1 contracting, with experience delivering complex healthcare, research, and commercial projects. While gaining chartership with the CIOB, he worked on major, high profile schemes including hospitals, laboratories, and schools. With expertise in planning, project and programme management, Finlay brings a client-focused approach to ensuring quality, compliance, and value at every stage of a project.

Sam is an enthusiastic and hard-working Project Manager. Sam has a degree in Construction Management and has recently completed the Professional Development Programme to become a member of the CIOB. Sam continues to work hard and has become a valued asset in the team.

Thea is currently working towards completing her APC in Project Management and is committed to continuing her professional development.

Rory is a Graduate Project Manager, currently gaining valuable experience on a range of projects and disciplines, working alongside colleagues within the business. Whilst working full time, Rory is also completing a masters in Project Management and Construction on a distance learning basis at the University of Salford. Once his masters studies are completed, Rory intends to commence structured APC training to become a Chartered Member of RICS.
